Weyond Inc. (“Weyond”, “Company” or “we” or “us” and/or “our”), maker of Efforti and other products, takes the privacy of all its stakeholders seriously. As such, we have set forth the following privacy policy:

Welcome to Weyond’s Platform (“Platform”) which provides AI-powered productivity, accountability, and workplace analytics services. This privacy policy (the “Policy”) outlines the policy adopted by Weyond, relative to the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information on the site and on all related websites (together “Sites”), networks, applications, and other services provided by us, including the Platform (collectively called “Services”). Through this Policy, we attempt to make information about how we handle personal information available with us.

Unless your ‘Organization’ has arranged separate terms and provided you those terms in writing, or you have been provided different terms in writing by us, the terms of this Policy apply to you and your relationship with us. This Policy is incorporated into and is subject to our Terms of Service.

Definitions

Client or ‘Organization’ or Efforti Sponsor – the subscriber of Efforti SaaS services which may require or recommend the use of Efforti within its ‘Organization’.

Data Controller – The ‘Organization’ which determines the purposes and means of processing personal data required to operate Efforti. The requirements needed for the ‘Organization’ to deliver productivity, accountability, or compliance outcomes are dictated by the ‘Organization’ and may be governed by internal policies and/or applicable regulations.

Data Processor – Weyond Inc. and its product (Efforti) act as a processor of data for the ‘Organization’ or Data Controller. Processing includes storing, analyzing, and presenting work-related, productivity, usage, and behavioral data as configured by the ‘Organization’. Weyond Inc. stores data in encrypted cloud storage facilities for a data retention period requested and configurable based on Organization requirements and purges the data thereafter.

Weyond Inc. may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms and policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions to the policies that do not diminish product functionality. Nothing in this agreement shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.

Services We Provide

We provide Services on behalf of the Client. They may be an Organization of which you are an employee, contractor, freelancer, or member (in any form, including but not limited to a user of their services). Data Controllers are Organizations that define and control the data collected as part of their usage of the Efforti Platform.

We collect and/or receive personal information about you as required by the ‘Organization’ to provide productivity, accountability, and collaboration-related Services. “Personal Information” is any information that identifies or can reasonably be associated with an individual.

While providing Personal Information is voluntary, it may be necessary to obtain access to the Services configured by your Organization. We handle Personal Information in accordance with binding agreements with our Clients or, in their absence, in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

This Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information about you in connection with your use of the Services.

Information We Collect

Personal Information You Provide Through the Services

We collect Personal Information as per the requirements set by your Organization, including when you:

  1. Register for and/or log in to the Platform; request support, a demo, or information
  2. Communicate with us via email, website, or support channels
  3. Provide profile or usage-related information during onboarding

Personal Information collected may include:

  1. Name
  2. Organization name
  3. Email address
  4. User or employee ID (as required by the Organization)
  5. Usage data related to tasks, goals, check-ins, AI interactions, prompts entered, timestamps, and feature usage
  6. Technical data such as device type, browser, operating system, and session metadata

Actual data collected is limited to categories configured and approved by your Organization. You may contact your Organization’s Privacy Officer for details.

We may collect information from your Organization, such as your email address, to provide registration or access links. This information may be combined with information you provide directly.

Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate, authenticate, secure, and improve our Services. Cookies help us recognize users, retain preferences, and improve performance.

If you do not wish to receive cookies, you may adjust your browser settings. Please note that certain features of the Services may not function properly without cookies.

We use session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies expire when your browser closes. Persistent cookies remain to recognize returning users.

We also log technical and usage information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and system configuration to support analytics, security, and platform improvement.

External Websites and Third Parties

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. This Policy does not apply to third-party websites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing personal information.

How We Use Your Personal Information

Weyond Inc. does not sell user data.

We process Personal Information solely on behalf of your Organization to deliver, operate, improve, and support the Efforti Services as configured by the Organization. We do not use Personal Information for independent marketing or profiling purposes.

We may use Personal Information to provide support, communicate service-related updates, or handle administrative matters.

Data Retention and Deletion

Data retention periods are defined and controlled by your Organization. By default, data is retained for the duration configured by the Organization and automatically purged thereafter. After deletion, only minimal, anonymized usage metadata may be retained for operational and legal purposes.

For deletion, correction, or access requests, please contact your Organization’s Privacy Officer, who acts as the Data Controller.

To Whom We Disclose Your Personal Information

We may disclose Personal Information:

  1. To your Organization
  2. To comply with legal obligations
  3. To protect security, integrity, or legal rights
  4. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer

We may seek your consent for additional disclosures where required.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect Personal Information. However, you are responsible for securing your own devices and network connections.

Data Integrity

We take reasonable steps to ensure Personal Information is accurate and relevant for its intended use. You are responsible for keeping your information up to date via your Organization.

International Users and Data Transfers

Data may be stored and processed in the United States or other regions depending on Organization configuration and operational requirements. By using the Services, you consent to such processing.

The Choices You Have With Your Information

Requests regarding access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of processing should be directed to your Organization’s Privacy Officer. If you are unable to contact them, you may contact us at privacy@efforti.ai.

Your California Privacy Rights

Efforti complies with the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). California residents may exercise rights through their Organization’s Privacy Officer or by contacting us directly if necessary. We do not sell personal information.

Information from Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
